Steve's Authentic Key Lime Pies

10" Pie

This is where it all started. We bake a hand-formed Graham crumb and butter crust and fill it with our key lime custard using 100% fresh-squeezed key lime juice. Typically serves 8.

The Classic Swingle

Our coveted 4-inch tart, frozen upon a stick and hand-dipped in rich Belcolade chocolate, thinned with organic cocoa butter from our friends at Rakka Chocolate.

14-oz Farmland Light Whipped Cream

Not everyone can just whip up some cream like Steve's wife Victoria (pictured here), so we're offering one of the premium aerosol brands available. Should be plenty for your 10-inch pie and little leftover just for fun.

8" Pie

A smaller, guilt-free version of our 10-inch pie typically serving four. Careful, it will go fast.

The Raspberry Swingle

Same as the Classic with an added layer of rich raspberry puree.
